Communications is important! However, how can we stop ourselves from being driven by angry emotions, and start to communicate sincerely?
Having a good mood and atmosphere, is something we cannot do without.
In any communication between 2 people, 70% is dependent on emotion, 30% on content.
When we are in a bad mood, the content will be distorted.
Even if there is an abundance of affection, without good emotion, whatever we say can end up a form of venting via angry words.
The heart wants to communicate, but, body language and tone can indicate otherwise. In this instance, there is conflicting intention as to whether we want to properly communicate or instead challenge each other.
The mouth talks about wanting to communicate, however, our temper seems to indicate otherwise. Again, there is conflicting intention as to whether we want to communicate or quarrel.
To communicate well, one must be sincere, calm, and complemented by the right tone and words.
The person who can control your temper, is someone you love; The person who can withstand your temper, is someone you love.
You are someone with initiative, if you can control your emotion; On the contrary, if you are led by your emotions, you are destined to be passive.
Learn to communicate, learn to adjust and tamper our mood and emotion, learn to control our temper. Do not treat the people you love with your worst behaviour!
